The KEOPS Solution consists of KEOPS Terminals connected to their Supervision Software, KEOPS Manager.

The KEOPS Terminal is a conventional electrical box with the addition of:

1. Intelligence: enabling it to self-diagnose its own faults
2. A WiFi unit: enabling it to inform the supervision software of its operating status or any malfunction
3. A cut-off device enabling it to activate or deactivate its sockets

The software summarises the information it receives from all the KEOPS Terminals, enabling it to display, at all times, a complete list of which electrical connections are not working properly, indicating the reason for the malfunction and its location.

• The software can remotely update the KEOPS Terminal, which means that issues such as a new order on site, payment on site or if a power increase is requested by an exhibitor, can be handled without the need for a technician to visit the stand.
• A cut-off device to activate or deactivate the power distribution to the exhibitor.

Enabling each KEOPS Terminal to be updated remotely and dealing with administrative issues, thus making the venue, its service providers and exhibitors more efficient and saving time.
The technical teams have their own management information system which is always up to date with details of the latest orders received, the latest payments made, or exceptions requested. This means there will be no misunderstandings, and the teams can offer the best possible on-site response.
Electricians are informed of the type of problem to be dealt with before attending on the stand.
The KEOPS Manager supervision system enables electricians to prioritize to their tasks, according to the type of problem, its geographical location and how long the exhibitor has been waiting.

The KEOPS Terminals can automatically cut off the electricity to an exhibitor who has not yet paid, not yet placed an order or needs more power than indicated on his original order.		The KEOPS Manager software, makes it possible to check remotely, at any time, whether if the KEOPS Terminal is working.		As soon as the exhibitor has paid or placed an order, the KEOPS Manager software enables the KEOPS Terminal on the stand to be activated remotely. Thus, as soon as the exhibitor gets back to his stand, he can immediately concentrate on other important matters.

CLAIM		EXPLANATIONS: KEOPS MANAGER
The exhibitor sends his claim, concerning an event that occurred several weeks or months previously, to the venue.		The person in charge of the matter refers to the archive data in the KEOPS Manager supervision software and prints out the technological performance overview for each connection. This information enables the exhibitor to be given an accurate answer.

A KEOPS Terminal consists of: a conventional electrical box, to which 3 extra components have been added: a KEOPS Control Unit, a measuring/actuator: AM KEOPS, and one or more contactors.
