The technical teams have their own management information system which is always up to date with details of the latest orders received, the latest payments made, or exceptions requested. This means there will be no misunderstandings, and the teams can offer the best possible on-site response.
Electricians are informed of the type of problem to be dealt with before attending on the stand.
The KEOPS Manager supervision system enables electricians to prioritize to their tasks, according to the type of problem, its geographical location and how long the exhibitor has been waiting.

The KEOPS Terminals can automatically cut off the electricity to an exhibitor who has not yet paid, not yet placed an order or needs more power than indicated on his original order.

A KEOPS Terminal consists of: a conventional electrical box, to which 3 extra components have been added: a KEOPS Control Unit, a measuring/actuator: AM KEOPS, and one or more contactors.
