viparis

High performance of distribution equipment and electric meters—from building to booth—is a strategic priority for Viparis.

Viparis is committed to an approach of quality and sustainable development, and obtained ISO 20121 certification in 2014 for all activities.

Energy and electrical distribution are key services for Viparis, and certainly for all European exhibition venues. In light of this, a fundamental aspect of our commitment is managing the energy consumed in our buildings and at our sites. However, energy management requires precise consumption measurement, and limited energy loss. This is most essential for our approach.

Despite increasing awareness among our client-partners, the matter of energy consumption management is all too often shrouded in obscurity.
Our objective is far from a purely mercenery one. We stand firm in our desire to integrate new designs and operating models and event applications, to accompany emerging trends instead of hindering them. The relationship of trust that we maintain with our clients is, for us, the best guarantee of our company’s sustainability. We ask the same of our service providers and partners.

We have successive investments in CUBE solutions, in particular with KEOPS MANAGER and smart terminals that guarantee exhibitors benefit from distribution tailored as closely as possible to their needs.

european leadership

Responsible leadership with foresight into a constantly changing sector

Our innovation strategy has the main objective of improving comfort for exhibitors and organizers, while other developments aim to improve the visitor’s experience. Instead of merely following the inevitable evolution of technology, we have taken the opportunity to look further ahead to imagine future needs, and the services and solutions that would meet them.

At Viparis, no doubt one step ahead of other major European sites, we have identified the major innovation challenges, and the service potential that implementing intelligent, communicative solutions could represent. Today, this makes us more than simple “space renters”, with bare halls enclosed with concrete walls and a sheet metal roof.

Our development strategy requires us to maintain a constant watch to create new solutions for our clients with ever-changing needs. Showrooms have evolved into dynamic media all their own. Showroom infrastructure must now integrate equipment on par with new, technologies already in place or emerging.

Ongoing investments

Ongoing investments to create “new standards” for event venues!

All our investments are guided by our drive for efficacy, performance and esthetic quality, and our choices are based on one primary objective: making our infrastructures intelligent to enhance customer service.

An example of this? KELIPSE, our latest breakthrough innovation, developed in close partnership with CUBE, and which, in a way, mirrors the Apple design approach. During the launch of the 1st generation iMac, an object previously perceived as ugly, cumbersome and non-accessible was transformed into a “must-have”.  Today, our collection is following suit, with a new esthetic approach to booth structure. Not only do we offer new services, but also true innovation.

Another advantage: Exhibitors can, thanks to “contactless” tools, eventually modify or complete their order directly from wherever they are! Before, they would have had to go to a “special” part of the showroom and thus temporarily abandon their booth.

We also develop indoor geolocalization tools and we are the European pioneers in Wi-Fi infrastructure. We have implemented a solution capable of controlling the network density required for the site’s operational needs.
Two points were considered concurrently for this precise purpose: perfectly adapting installations for use in each space (surfaces, type of activity, frequentation) and the necessary combination of infrastructure equipments, particularly KEOPS terminals, and the flux generated by exhibitors and visitors.
Our solution: upstream integration of needs related to “connected” terminals and develop a specifically-dedicated network to avoid all interference with the other bandwidth users.

ongoing DIALOGUE with stakeholders

Our CSR is, above all, maintaining dialogue with all stakeholders!

Firstly, our clients are the ones who boost our progress, via their expectations and demands. They also let us know when they are dissatisfied!  Our strategy to accompany change and innovation depends on two things: participation and conviction.

Each development project involves our collaborators in advance of the process. This strategy strengthened the various development phases with CUBE, which began in 2009 with the implementation of KEOPS in Villepine. Seven years later, KELIPSE was introduced, created from a drawing on a piece of paper, 2 years of R&D shared with a restricted number of internal participants, all stakeholders throughout the development stages.

We can never allow ourselves to be exposed to situations of risk. Our purchasing policy leads us to surround ourselves with key players for certain services and with experts who match our high expectations.
With CUBE for example, we work in collaboration with companies that are more proactive, dynamic and innovative than some large groups can be. Constructive dialogue with small companies allows us to develop customized solutions and to assert our image as trailblazers. These relationships are win-win for both parties involved.

CUBE benefitted from significant contributions on both sides: true innovation capacity, major product reliability, sustainability “guaranteed” with regularly “upgraded” technology integrated into products of the previous generation...all irrefutable arguments!
CUBE can now identify or even anticipate your needs, thanks to the continued existence of our partnership.

Confidence is essential for success, to convince all the players who need our equipments, since there is no room for error. Furthermore, we must be able to defend our investment choices with our financial partners and company shareholders and justify investment decisions.

ROI TEMPLATES
